Technical Content Developer

As a candidate for this role, you will be responsible for taking live classes both in physical and online mode as per the requirement. Additionally, you will create engaging technical learning materials for CS & IT students, lead a team for technical content development, conduct assessments and feedback sessions, establish metrics for measuring the impact of learning initiatives, and suggest improvements where necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Take live classes in physical/online mode as required - Create engaging technical learning materials for CS & IT students - Lead a team of professionals and interns for technical content development - Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to identify learning needs and align them with industry requirements - Establish metrics and assessment tools to measure the impact of learning initiatives and suggest improvements Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post-Graduate in CS or IT - 5+ years of work experience in similar roles - Proven experience in managing and leading a team, preferably in an educational content development environment - Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Java, Python, DS, DAA, and HTML etc - Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills (Note: The job type is full-time with a day shift from Monday to Friday and weekend availability. The work location is in Mohali, Punjab.),
