Job Description

As a Java Developer in this role, you will be expected to showcase your technical expertise by resolving complex problems efficiently within the constraints of time-boxed, multiple concurrent development projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Understanding and evaluating various technical solutions and tools to meet the business requirements, with a focus on balancing design, usability, and support. - Conducting peer technical reviews, including design, code review, and testing. - Demonstrating the ability to lead a technical team when necessary. - Applying Object-Oriented concepts effectively in the development process. - Demonstrating expertise in Core Java, Spring 3.0+ (Spring CORE, Spring MVC, Spring ORM), JPA, Spring AOP, Spring Security, AspectJ, Spring Logging with Log4J, JMS, JSP, Servlet, JSON, SQL Server, REST Services, and application servers like Tomcat, JBOSS, Apache, Glassfish, and WebSphere. - Possessing knowledge of XML parsing and/or DOM traversal. - Having experience in Agile/SCRUM software development methodologies. - Creating logical data structures, coding, and implementing best practices and design patterns. - Engaging in product/application development and understanding the SDLC of multiple products/applications. - Ensuring the delivery of complete and high-quality deliverables. - Adhering to project and organizational processes and standards. Qualifications required for this role: - Graduate with Java/J2EE training from a reputable institute.,
