1.2. User Management: Ability to create, manage, and disable user accounts, groups, and licenses within the Office 365 environment.
1.3. Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security best practices, including configuring permissions, implementing multi-factor authentication, and managing data loss prevention policies to ensure data security and compliance with regulatory requirements.
1.4. Exchange Online Administration: Experience in managing Exchange Online features such as mailboxes, distribution lists, mail flow rules, and anti-spam settings.
1.5. SharePoint Online Administration: Proficiency in configuring and managing SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content management features.
1.6. OneDrive for Business Administration: Familiarity with administering OneDrive for Business, including user storage quotas, sharing settings, and versioning.
1.7. Microsoft Teams Administration: Ability to manage Teams settings, channels, permissions, guest access, and integration with other Office 365 services.
1.8. PowerShell Scripting: Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automating administrative tasks and performing advanced configuration changes in Office 365.
1.9. An OEM certification MS700/MS203/MD102/SC900 and MS900/AZ900 is mandatory.
1.10. Knowledge in AAD connect, ADFS and Mail flow.
1. Computers Science/IT Graduates/Postgraduates with minimum 5 years of relevant Experience in Microsoft Office365 / SCCM.
