Technical Analyst - Testing AI Products/Services

Role Overview: You will be working as a Technical Analyst Testing AI Products/Services at OURS GLOBAL's Bangalore office. Your main responsibility will involve designing and executing test strategies for AI-driven applications, products, and services, collaborating with developers, data scientists, and QA teams to validate system functionality, performance, and user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute test plans for AI-powered applications and services - Test machine learning models, chatbots, NLP systems, and automation workflows - Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolutions - Provide performance and quality reports for AI applications, highlighting risks and metrics - Collaborate with developers and data scientists to ensure fairness, accuracy, and usability of AI systems - Validate AI solutions against business, ethical, and technical requirements Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields preferred - Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, natural language processing, or chatbot systems - Familiarity with QA methodologies, bug tracking tools, and automation frameworks - Understanding of AI system performance, scalability, and ethical considerations - Prior experience in software testing, QA, or AI-based projects will be an advantage,
