Job Description

Role Overview: You will be part of the Adobe Experience Cloud team, responsible for managing content, delivering email campaigns, automating ad buying, and measuring success for customers. Your role as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) involves delivering pro-active services, advice, and mentorship to ensure the successful operation of Adobe products in assigned accounts. You will work closely with internal teams and users globally to represent Adobe professionally and cultivate strong working relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Provide delivery management of support issues and pro-active services to improve customer IT operational health - Coordinate with Account Management, support, consulting, Tech-Ops, and engineering teams to address technical queries and meet project timelines - Conduct ongoing research to maintain knowledge of best practices for product usage - Act as the customer's technical advocate within Adobe, helping to avoid issues, mitigate risks, and lead through changes - Deliver dedicated support during important customer events and ensure smooth functioning of client environments - Document release updates, bug fixes, security fixes, and tutorials for effective customer communication - Participate in case reviews, service reviews, and escalation handling procedures - Review customer environments to assess technical readiness and provide recommendations for improvement - Contribute to business intelligence processes and knowledge base document creation Qualifications Required: - Multi-year experience in complex enterprise IT environments in consulting/support/account management/development roles - Strong oral and written communication skills - Ability to partner across the organization and manage a diverse workload - Customer-focused approach with a problem-solving mindset - Experience in enterprise software issues and customer-facing experience in enterprise projects - Knowledge of technologies such as Java, SQL, Javascript, AngularJS, jQuery, CSS, MongoDB, web server technologies, web architecture, database concepts, and more - Nice-to-have: Experience with Adobe products like Adobe Audience Manager, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, or other Experience Cloud solutions Company Details: Adobe values creativity, curiosity, and continuous learning, offering an exceptional work environment where feedback flows freely.
