Job Description

As a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Adobe, you will play a crucial role in supporting our largest customers to navigate their operational needs across the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing technical leadership, personalized knowledge sharing, and business-critical insights. You will work closely with internal resources to drive adoption, usage, and risk mitigation, ultimately ensuring the success of our customers" Adobe investment. Your key responsibilities will include serving as the technical executive contact for customers, advising on technical strategies, assessing risks and opportunities, driving clear communication, and advocating for customers across internal Adobe teams. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field and at least 11 years of experience in consultative, customer service, customer success, or related roles in digital marketing technology.
