Job Description

As an Associate-Tech Ops at our company in Nashik, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Knowledge of SQL OR Linux Server, Troubleshooting, Coordinating, Resolving Issues & Tickets. - Sharp knowledge on commanding parts like TOP, Load Avg, SCREEN, GREP OR CRON JOBS, etc. - Managing EOD/BOD process and supporting settlement queries in Linux. - Providing support for technical issues and queries, demonstrating good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Understanding Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Incident Lifecycle processes. - Performing functional testing to troubleshoot issues and conducting bug analysis to report and fix them. - Possessing a Linux certification is highly beneficial. Daily Monitoring Jobs include: - Handling Clients Calls through email(s)/Calls(s), providing remote support if required. - Ensuring a mail response and closure of the call through mail or phone. - Troubleshooting issues, Installation, deployment & Implementation of software. - Having good communication skills, being comfortable with Rotational Shifts (24*7). - Knowledge of the Share Market/Capital market will be an added advantage. Please note that a 2-year bond is applicable for freshers.,
