Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate to the concerned department for resolution.
  • Provide product/service information and assist customers in understanding company offerings.
  • Follow up to ensure customer issues are fully resolved.
  • Maintain service level standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Operations, etc.) to improve overall customer experience.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
