As part of this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting Cvent's North American & European Talent Acquisition team by actively engaging in tasks such as reviewing and evaluating job applications, conducting candidate outreach, and coordinating interview schedules. Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing candidate resumes for various corporate positions, including Sales, Marketing, Client Services, and Corporate Shared Services. Your responsibilities will also involve conducting internet research projects to bolster university recruitment efforts, candidate sourcing activities, and company mapping initiatives. Furthermore, you will be tasked with entering candidate data, application materials, and interview notes into the applicant tracking system, providing essential administrative support to the Global Recruiting team, posting job positions, and exploring new advertising avenues as required. To excel in this role, you should possess a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in resume sourcing or end-to-end recruiting processes. Demonstrated familiarity with contemporary direct sourcing techniques and the ability to keep abreast of emerging methods will be advantageous. A consultative and customer-centric approach when collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers is essential. You must exhibit strong organizational skills, effective time management abilities, and the capacity to swiftly address evolving needs while maintaining a high level of adaptability. Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel is a prerequisite. A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, positive demeanor, and aptitude for team collaboration are key attributes that will contribute to your success in this role. Moreover, the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment, and adhere to US East Coast working hours (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST; with transportation provided) are essential for this position.,
