Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Architect integrated solutions for recruitment, onboarding, learning, talent development, and performance management
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs
Lead end-to-end implementation of platforms such as Workday, CEIPAL, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar
Design and manage integrations between HR systems and third-party tools (e.g., ATS, LMS, payroll, ERP)
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards
Develop architecture documentation, workflows, and data models
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development and implementation teams
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies to enhance HR capabilities

Required Skills & Expertise

10+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on HR technology
Strong knowledge of recruitment workflows, learning management systems, talent planning, and performance appraisal frameworks
Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and integration tools (REST APIs, SOAP, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi)
Experience with workflow automation, analytics dashboards, and mobile-first HR solutions
Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and documentation skills
Certifications in Workday, CEIPAL, SAP SuccessFactors, or equivalent platforms preferred
