Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement
Workday Advanced and Core Compensation solutions across global business units
Lead
annual compensation cycles
, including merit, bonus, and equity planning
Design and configure
compensation plans, packages, grade profiles, and eligibility rules
Partner with HR and Finance to align compensation strategy with organizational goals
Develop and maintain
custom reports, dashboards, and analytics
for compensation insights
Manage
data integrations
with payroll, finance, and external benchmarking tools
Ensure
compliance
with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., GDPR, pay equity)
Provide
technical leadership
and mentorship to Workday analysts and consultants
Drive
change management
, training, and user adoption across global teams
Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to optimize Workday capabilities
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of experience in
HRIS/Workday
, with at least 5 years in
Compensation modules
Proven expertise in
Advanced Compensation
(merit, bonus, stock) and
Core Compensation
Strong knowledge of
Workday configuration
,
EIBs
,
calculated fields
, and
security roles
Experience with
Workday Studio
,
integration architecture
, and
data migration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects on time
Workday certifications in Compensation preferred
