Key Responsibilities:

·    Develop and execute strategic hiring plans for Non-IT roles (Preferred candidate with prior experience in sales hiring ) aligned with organizational goals.

·    Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

·    Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand current and future hiring needs.

·    Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.

·    Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.

·    Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.

·    Ensure an excellent candidate experience through a transparent and professional recruitment process.

·    Stay up-to-date with current trends in the job market and talent acquisition strategies.

Requirements:

·    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

·    Minimum of 5 years of experience in Non-IT talent acquisition.

·    Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, interview techniques, and evaluation methods.

·    Proven experience in managing recruitment across functions like Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations, etc.

·    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

·    Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

·    Experience with ATS and HRMS systems is preferred.
