The candidate will be responsible for executing the talent acquisition strategy to recruit right people.
What is the roles objectiveExecute and contribute to developing effective recruitment strategies to meet the hiring needs of the company.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements that align with business goals.Create and maintain talent pipelines to fill current and future roles efficiently.Execute the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.Manage job candidates throughout hiring process, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiationBuild and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure a clear understanding of their needs and expectations.Create and foster high-touch relationships of qualified candidates to choose from when positions become open.Utilize various recruitment channels, especially job boards, social media, and networking events, to attract potential candidates.Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fillAnalyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting talent.What skills do you need to possessProficiency in candidate sourcing methods using various platformsTalent pipelining for future hiring needs Strong negotiation skills to secure high-quality candidatesSkilled in interviewing techniques to assess candidate suitabilityKnowledge of onboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions for new hiresAbility to make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment processesWhat is the prior experience needed10 to 15 years of relevant experiencePrevious experience in Financial Services preferredWhat qualification/s you should haveMBA or any equivalent degree.
