About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Tableau UI/UX Designer to join our Data & Analytics team. This role is perfect for someone who excels in data storytelling, user-centered design, and building intuitive dashboards that enhance business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:Design user-centric Tableau dashboards based on business needs and workflowsApply UX principles to enhance layout, navigation, and interactivityCollaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and data engineers to define dashboard functionalityStandardize themes, templates, and UI components across dashboardsConduct user research and usability testing; iterate based on feedbackPromote best practices in data visualization, accessibility, and performanceCreate documentation and style guides for consistent BI designTrain and support end-users for effective dashboard usage
Required Qualifications:Bachelors degree in UX Design, Data Visualization, HCI, or related field4+ years of total work experience in related field.3+ years of hands-on experience designing dashboards in TableauStrong understanding of UI/UX design and dashboard usabilityPortfolio showcasing data-driven visual design workProficiency with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XDFamiliarity with structured datasets and data modeling conceptsExcellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:Working knowledge of SQL or other querying languagesExperience with Tableau Server/Cloud featuresPrior experience building dashboards for executive-level reporting
Work Hours:IST time zone with 12 hours overlap with PST
