As part of our analytics team, you will help design, develop, and maintain dashboards and data pipelines to deliver business insights to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data analysis and visualizations.
  
• Write complex SQL queries, stored procedures, scripts to extract, transform, and aggregate data from multiple data sources.
  
• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize

  Tableau dashboards / reports

  , ensuring performance, usability, and scalability.
• Manage data modeling and schema design for reporting layers (star schemas, dimension / fact tables, hierarchies).
  
• Monitor and tune query performance; perform query optimization and indexing.
  
• Build ETL / ELT workflows to prepare data for visualization (may interface with Data Engineering team).
  
• Ensure data quality / integrity; perform validations, reconciliation, and error handling.
  
• Deploy, maintain, and administer Tableau Server (user permissions, security, scheduling extracts, load balancing) optionally (for senior / support roles). Instahyre
  
• Perform versioning, change management, and documentation of dashboards / reports.
  
• Provide training, support, and hand-holding to business users on dashboards and analytics.
  
• Stay updated with BI / analytics best practices, tools, and technologies; propose improvements.
  
• Occasionally support ad-hoc analytics and deep dive investigations.
