Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled BI Developer to join our dynamic team at ITC Infotech India Ltd. The BI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reports and dashboards, and ensure the delivery of high-quality BI tools and services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and understand data needs.- Design and develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools.- Optimize and maintain existing BI solutions for performance and scalability.- Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within BI solutions.- Conduct training and provide ongoing support for users of BI tools.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the BI domain.

Skills Required:
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.- Knowledge of ETL tools and processes.- Understanding of database concepts and data warehousing principles.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Tools Required:
- SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases.- Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.- ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, etc.- Microsoft Excel for data analysis.- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
