System Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer with at least 2 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction by delivering timely and effective technical assistance. Your key responsibilities will include handling incoming support calls, emails, and chat messages, diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, providing step-by-step guidance to clients, escalating complex issues to internal teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams for effective problem resolution, documenting support issues, staying updated on product features, delivering product training, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with clients. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent work experience, proven experience in technical support or a similar customer-facing role, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, effective communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a SaaS environment and a strong understanding of UEM and related technologies would be advantageous.,
