Job Description

Responsibilities:

System Maintenance and Management:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems.
Monitor system performance and identify potential problems.
Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
Manage user accounts and access privileges.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
Provide technical support to users.
Security:
Implement and maintain security measures to protect IT infrastructure from threats.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes.
Automation:
Automate repetitive tasks and processes to improve efficiency.
Other tasks:
Provide user education and training.
Manage database operations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
