As an IT System Administrator at DuckTale, your role will involve managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure. You will be responsible for installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, application software, and system management tools. Ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability will be a key part of your responsibilities. In case of issues and outages, troubleshooting will be essential. Additionally, you will need to maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies to safeguard the systems. Supporting user needs and providing technical assistance across teams will also be part of your daily tasks.
