Support Specialist I

The Support Specialist I is responsible for providing technical support to customers by conducting research and responding to inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing software performance. They are expected to deliver exceptional customer service by providing timely and accurate responses, managing customer issues proactively, and interacting with customers in a professional and respectful manner. In addition to technical support, the Support Specialist I will offer training and consultation to customers, develop expertise in various domain areas, and engage in additional service offerings such as Live Chat, Concierge, and Phone Line support. They will also participate in projects based on Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and effectively communicate with team members, leadership, and customers through verbal, listening, and written channels. The Support Specialist I is required to cultivate a positive team environment by fostering motivation and energy, building trust among team members through integrity, accountability, and flexibility, and resolving requests of moderate to high complexity with consistent quality. Qualifications for the Support Specialist I position include a Bachelor's degree or a High School diploma with relevant experience in EHR/Software customer service or behavioral health agency. Two years of related experience is also required. Key competencies for the Support Specialist I role include the ability to ask insightful questions through active listening, punctuality and preparedness for meetings, and the capacity to take ownership of commitments and see them through to completion.
