The ELV Draughtsman is responsible for preparing detailed ELV system drawings such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, Public Address, Structured Cabling, etc., as per project specifications and design inputs. The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD and coordination with engineers and project teams. Role & responsibilities Prepare detailed shop drawings, as-built drawings, and layout plans for ELV systems including: CCTV Access Control Systems Fire Alarm Systems Public Address Systems Structured Cabling Systems (Data & Voice) Building Management Systems (BMS) IPTV and Intercom Systems Update drawings based on engineers inputs or site mark-ups. Ensure all drawings comply with project standards and specifications. Coordinate with project engineers to ensure accuracy of design and installation details. Maintain drawing logs and file management for easy traceability. Assist in the preparation of material take-offs (BOQs) from drawings. Revise and resubmit drawings as per consultant/contractor comments. Preferred candidate profile Education : Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Electronics or relevant discipline. Experience : 25 years in ELV systems drafting. Software Skills : Proficient in AutoCAD (2D drafting is essential) MS Office tools (Word, Excel) Knowledge of Standards : Understanding of local/international ELV design and installation standards is an advantage. Other Skills : Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Attention to detail Good communication and coordination skills Familiarity with Revit or BIM (added advantage) Site coordination or supervision experience in ELV systems

Job Description for Data Centre Technician: Responsibilities: Install, move, and decommission IT equipment (servers, switches, routers, storage). Perform hardware diagnostics, break/fix support, and RMA processing. Monitor and respond to alerts from infrastructure, environmental, and power monitoring systems. Primary purpose is to ensure that the network systems - both hardware and software - overate efficiently, securely and relialby to support the organisations IT needs. This role willalso ensure compliance to security policies within the teams scope, as well as ensuring business continuity and disaster recovery plans are fit for purpose. The individual accountabilities will be the following: Implement geographically distributed WAN solutions to optimize network traffic routing and enhance performance.
