We are seeking a passionate and motivated STEM Trainer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering innovative STEM training programs that inspire students and foster a love for learning in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver engaging STEM training programs for students of various age groups.
Create lesson plans and instructional materials that align with the curriculum and educational standards.
Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
Collaborate with educators, parents, and community organizations to promote STEM education.
Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in STEM fields to incorporate into training programs.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) related field.
Strong understanding of STEM concepts and ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner.
Experience with hands-on teaching methods and project-based learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and educators.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to different learning styles.
