Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a STEM Trainer located in Chennai. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and interactive STEM lessons to students, developing curriculum and educational content, conducting assessments, and tracking student progress. The trainer will also be expected to collaborate with other educators and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of STEM subjects (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
• Experience in teaching or training in a classroom or similar setting
• Ability to design and develop curriculum and educational activities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and engage students effectively
• Proficiency in using educational technologies for online and blended learning
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Passion for teaching and ability to inspire students
