Job Description

Your primary responsibility as an E4 - NAND Design Enablement in Process Integration at Micron Technology is to drive and contribute to the next generation 3D NAND development efforts. You will collaborate with various peer groups to define, complete, and coordinate effective actions to enable a node and shepherd it to production. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, driving vertical integration with a network of collaborators from different business units such as Pathfinding, Design, Process, Integration, Reliability, Product Engineering, Probe, Test, Assembly, mask tech, etc. Additionally, you will be responsible for node health tracking, communication, and documentation of key achievements from project kick-off to product qualification. It is vital to ensure that all node enabling teams have a responsible owner for each node and collaborate with them to populate clear specifications in the database. You will also be accountable for publishing scorecards of work from the responsible owner in the health report, creating timeline charts for project visibility, championing test structure definition for all designs within a node, ensuring high-quality proliferation of test structures, and requesting various simulations. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 8+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically in Process Integration, Product Engineering, Test Structure Development, or Unit Process Development. Project management experience with a collaborative personality is essential, along with a proven track record of coordinating high-level roll-up meetings and clear communication in urgent situations. An in-depth understanding of the 3D NAND process flow is a plus.
