Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Plans, leads and manages the execution of projects according to Project Management Office (PMO) processes to ensure proper coordination, implementation, and monitoring of project activities to guarantee the budget, scope, and timing of the project.
  • To manage & analyze all the project-related documentation with the system(CRM)
  • Efficient working with cross-functional teams [Sales team, Engineering Team, Production Team, Quality team, Accounts team].
  • Reporting the project progress with the higher management and the client.
  • Surveillance of the post-order documents from the client for the smooth running of the project.
  • SPOC between the company and the client.
  • Upfront participation with team sales in the project proposal stage.
  • Responsible for project status, performance, and forecasting reporting to internal and external customers through the execution
  • Reviews contracts to determine the documentation requirements and coordinates with the respective team members to ensure customer contract requirements are met.
  • Measures project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Monitors and controls projects from Award to Closure ensuring the project deliverables are met.
  • To track and ensure orders are booked and executed on time.
  • Ensure timely submission of the after-order documents and receipt of approval for further manufacturing clearance
  • Strong follow-up skill
  • Making BG dashboards

Preferred candidate profile

  • Degree in Any Graduate & MBA in Marketing & Operations.
  • Excellent knowledge of Engineering.
  • Solid people management skills, good verbal and written communication skills; Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize, develop, and maintain efficient project management processes.
  • Mature, Self-motivated, and customer service oriented.
  • Excellent analytical skills and results-oriented. Out of the box thinking!
  • Knowledge of commercial and financial issues.
  • Decisive, driven, and able to deliver effective, innovative solutions. Proficient in PC skills.
  • knowledge in BG, Security deposit, and Retentions
