We are looking for a skilled Network Security Engineer with strong hands-on implementation and operational support experience in Cisco FTD, FortiGate firewalls, and Aruba switches. The role involves managing daily operations, troubleshooting, ensuring security compliance, and maintaining high network performance across global environments.

Key Missions

Implement, manage, and support Cisco FTD / FortiGate firewalls and Aruba switches.
Perform daily troubleshooting of Cisco FTD / FortiGate IPSEC VPN & SSL VPN.
Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues on a day-to-day basis.
Conduct firewall hardening to meet IT security compliance and audit requirements.
Manage patching and updates for Cisco and FortiGate firewalls to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Ensure ISMS 27001:2013 compliance, including daily monitoring of ISMS controls.
Perform vulnerability analysis using various security tools.
Monitor network devices and services using Centreon Monitoring Tool.
Optimize and maintain network performance, troubleshoot outages, and schedule upgrades.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including network diagrams and connectivity reports.
Collaborate with third-party vendors and global teams for smooth operations.
Prepare reports such as Major Incident Analysis, Uptime, and Bandwidth Utilization.
Provide technical support to customers and on-site engineers for Cisco networks.
Ensure regular backup of network devices (NMS, servers, routers, switches, etc.).
Travel internationally as required
