Sr Embedded Eng Supervisor

As an Embedded Engineering Assistant Manager at Honeywell Technology Solutions in Hyderabad, you will lead Aerospace Displays and Graphics V&V programs within the Software V&V COE. Your responsibilities include ensuring the programs meet cost, schedule commitments, and required quality standards. You will also be accountable for talent management, including hiring and retaining team members for program execution. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet Cost, Schedule commitments with the required quality for the Programs - Fulfill AOP commitments related to Hiring and Retaining Talent as per program demands - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive connectivity and change - Identify, prioritize, and implement key improvement strategies/initiatives across programs - Develop competencies of the team in line with TRR and CDP plan - Foster teamwork, transparency, and fairness within the team - Contribute to organizational initiatives and strategy deployment **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or equivalent - 10+ years of experience in aerospace software/systems verification, preferably with Aerospace Displays & Graphics products/programs - Strong program execution skills with customer/stakeholder responsiveness - Technical proficiency in software development, verification processes, certification, and DO-178B/C guidelines - Basic understanding of agile principles - Experience in project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, risk management, and customer coordination - Proven ability to drive organizational change - Excellent communication skills and Green belt and/or DFSS certification If you have experience with Aerospace Displays Common Products, Anthem, and Mission Manager Electronic Checklist, it would be considered desirable.
