Your main responsibility will be to drive international sales, manage the full sales cycle, and nurture long-term client relationships. This role is crucial for scaling our global presence in the IT services sector, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Your key responsibilities will include identifying, generating, and qualifying leads in international markets, analyzing technical requirements from prospects and clients, conducting market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers, presenting and promoting company services through various channels, managing the complete sales lifecycle, preparing detailed proposals and quotations, handling pricing and contract negotiations, maintaining strong post-sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and business retention, and collaborating closely with technical and project teams for requirement gathering and solution planning. You should possess strong expertise in lead generation, negotiation, and client communication, a deep understanding of technical requirements analysis, a proven track record in international sales and managing global clients, the ability to convert leads into long-term business relationships, and proficiency in presentations, proposal creation, and sales documentation.
