Solutions Engineer - Application Automation

In this role, you will: - Expand automation capabilities for both functional and performance testing across SAP and Responsive Web Applications using tools like Worksoft Certify and LoadRunner. - Facilitate process discussions, gather and document requirements, and ensure solutions align with business and functional objectives. - Design, develop, and execute automated tests and performance test scripts, including workload distribution and metrics collection. - Regularly test performance life cycles, validate application functionality, scale, and reliability. - Analyze test results, identify inconsistencies, and recommend improvements for system performance and quality. - Support and maintain previously developed automation components, making modifications and updates as necessary. - Perform product upgrades and provide technical support for automation solutions. - Collaborate with functional teams, product owners, and business clients to prioritize testing scenarios and create execution plans. - Analyze systems to identify potential quality issues and provide solutions. - Work with cloud-based technologies (AWS, DevOps tools) and manage vendor relationships as needed. - Communicate and collaborate effectively across global teams and all levels of the company. - Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset, strong analysis, and problem-solving skills. - Ensure compliance with company values, safety, and quality standards.
