Solutions Architect

As a Solutions Architect at Growexx, you will play a vital role in leading complex implementation projects and providing guidance to the development team throughout the product development life cycle. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading initiatives to enhance processes, methodologies, and tools within the COE. - Contributing technical expertise to pre-sales engagements. - Defining domain-specific solutions to address unique business challenges effectively. - Creating high-level solution architecture and design meeting functional and non-functional requirements. - Collaborating with the team to develop implementation strategies and document work elements. - Working with DevOps to automate infrastructure and development using CI/CD. - Applying new architectural design patterns to solve complex problems. - Designing and architecting enterprise-level applications for scalability, reliability, and alignment with industry standards. Key Skills required for this role include: - Designing scalable enterprise architectures and integrating systems using appropriate patterns. - Integrating various systems and components into cohesive solutions. - Designing secure architectures, conducting risk assessments, and implementing incident response plans. - Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks, Java/.NET, and clean code practices. - Designing cloud-based solutions leveraging AWS, Azure, and GCP services effectively. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels. - Knowledge of project management methodologies and security compliance standards. - Ability to create comprehensive technical documentation. Education and Experience needed: - 12+ years of experience in architecting and implementing enterprise-grade projects. - Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously. - Certifications like TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus. - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, leadership qualities, negotiation skills, ownership, accountability, conflict resolution experience, multitasking skills, and attention to detail.
