Solution integrator Monitoring and Observability

Role Overview: Orange Business is undergoing a major transformation and is looking for a Solution Integrator for Monitoring and Observability. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end monitoring and Observability solutions to drive data-driven decision-making and innovation within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build the next-generation monitoring and Observability platform while managing the current solution and leading the migration strategy. - Implement full-stack Observability platforms, AIOps, and telemetry solutions such as Splunk, MoogSoft, and ELK. - Utilize monitoring platforms like Ciena UAA, Solarwinds, NNMi, and have a strong understanding of cloud-native monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry. - Implement automation frameworks for network and application monitoring and utilize machine learning-driven anomaly detection for service assurance. - Drive integration of monitoring solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments and manage data ingestion pipelines from diverse sources. - Define and enforce governance in monitoring and Observability platform, establish monitoring standards, and oversee the full software development lifecycle. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and possess SAFe understanding for agile frameworks. - Familiarity with portfolio management tools like Jira and Microsoft Project. - Preferred certifications in Observability platforms and Monitoring platforms. - Possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a strong team-oriented mindset. - Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills are essential for success in this role. Qualifications Required: - Deep expertise in service assurance, particularly in Monitoring and Observability for enterprise networks. - Hands-on experience with Observability and monitoring platforms, automation frameworks, and cloud-native monitoring tools. - Knowledge of ITSM and incident management platforms, data parsing, transformation, and data governance. - Strong understanding of machine learning-driven anomaly detection and predictive analytics. - Certification in Observability and Monitoring platforms is preferred. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, flexibility, and strategic thinking skills are essential for this role.
