Key Responsibilities: - Become the technical sales specialist for Cisco's Networking portfolio, effectively communicating features, functions, and benefits to stakeholders from IT Managers to CTOs. - Understand customer and partner requirements to design end-to-end Cisco networking solutions tailored to their business needs. - Conduct online product demonstrations, answer technical inquiries, analyze client requirements, and develop robust technical solutions in a pre-sales environment. - Collaborate on strategic sales initiatives, including customer outreach and channel training, to drive business growth in key regions. - Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and partners, providing technical leadership and support throughout the sales cycle. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field. - 15+ years of experience in a pre-sales technical role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Systems Engineer, Sales Engineer). - Solid hands-on experience in IP routing, switching, WiFi, SD-WAN, Cyber Security, and IoT. - Experience working with cloud services (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS). - Prior experience with network programming and APIs (e.g., Python).
