Solution Consultant I

As a Solution Consultant I at UKG, you will be a key player in implementing UKG HR Service Delivery for our customers. Your role will involve coordinating and executing all phases of the implementation process, providing expert guidance to customers, and ensuring successful post-go-live support. You will work closely with both customers and internal team members to achieve project milestones and deliver positive outcomes. Your responsibilities will include processing post-go-live projects, providing analytical and design expertise, system configuration, data mapping, testing, and client support. You will be tasked with tracking and resolving implementation issues, keeping customers informed of project status, and meeting project deadlines. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential for success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 1 year of experience in Saas software implementation, a Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field, and a strong understanding of general business acumen. Preferred qualifications include 2+ years of Saas software implementation in the HR industry, experience with HR software tools, and demonstrated troubleshooting skills for technical issues.
