Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for capturing functional and non-functional requirements, working with SWIFT Interact and FileAct protocols, and conceptualizing and implementing end-to-end business solutions. Additionally, you will design Straight Through Processing (STP) workflows and manage risks effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Capture functional and non-functional requirements - Work with SWIFT Interact and FileAct protocols - Conceptualize and implement end-to-end business solutions - Design Straight Through Processing (STP) workflows - Manage risks effectively - Handle data and transaction reconciliation - Integrate applications - Communicate with stakeholders, partners, and vendors - Solve problems and troubleshoot issues - Document processes and map them - Possess basic programming/database knowledge (e.g., SQL/PL SQL) - Follow Agile Methodology Qualifications Required: - Strategic thinking and digital and technology skills - Risk and controls management expertise - Change and transformation capabilities - Business acumen - Technical skills relevant to the job This role is based out of Pune. Note: The Job Description also includes expectations for an Assistant Vice President, which involve advising and influencing decision-making, leading a team, demonstrating leadership behaviours, providing advice on complex issues, mitigating risks, and collaborating with other areas to support business activities and strategy.
