Software Trainee

Role Overview: As a Software Engineer Trainee, your primary responsibility will be to build and deliver high-quality software in compliance with software design inputs and quality standards under supervision. You will be involved in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) while following domain-specific regulatory and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - The software engineer writes code to agreed coding standards. - Follow Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to develop failing tests before changing or writing new code. - Develop unit tests for all code and ensure they are passing before and after check-in. - Develop test cases for all bugs to prevent future regressions. - Document continuously and maintain a single source of information. - Create a shared understanding using Behaviour-driven development. - Engage in Pair Programming to enhance agile practices.
