The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and lead the testing team to ensure high-quality deliverables

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure software quality
Lead the testing team, providing guidance and mentorship to junior testers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
Design and execute automated tests using various tools and technologies
Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of software testing principles, methodologies, and tools
Experience in leading testing teams and mentoring junior testers
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in software testing
Experience with automation testing tools and technologies is desirable
