Role & responsibilities Define and own the end-to-end test strategy for features and releases in an Agile environment. Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for web, API, and mobile applications. Select, implement, and optimize testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Postman, JMeter) and frameworks. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, etc.) Lead a small team of QA engineersmentor, review work, and ensure best practices. Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and DevOps to identify risks and improve product quality. Track and report test coverage, defect metrics, and release readiness to stakeholders. Preferred candidate profile 2+ years of hands-on QA experience in a product-based startup environment.
