Software Tester

As a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) with over 3 years of experience, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of mobile apps (Android/iOS), web platforms, and APIs. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing test strategies, developing and maintaining automated test suites using tools like Selenium and Appium, conducting manual testing when necessary, and utilizing AI/ML-based tools for regression and integration testing acceleration. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will benchmark our solutions against competitors, enhance CI/CD pipelines, and generate detailed bug reports and documentation. Your expertise in tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter, TestRail, and BrowserStack, along with hands-on experience in mobile app testing, will be invaluable in this role. Your familiarity with API testing, RESTful services, and automation scripts, as well as your ability to analyze competitor platforms, will be essential for successful QA benchmarking. Strong communication, documentation, and reporting skills are required, along with experience in QA practices within agile environments. Domain experience in F&B, Retail, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
