QA Engineer

As a QA Engineer (Manual + Automation) with over 3 years of experience, you will be an integral part of our growing product team, ensuring the quality of mobile apps (Android/iOS), web platforms, and APIs. Your role will involve designing and executing comprehensive test strategies, creating and maintaining automated test suites, and performing manual testing where automation is not feasible. You will apply an AI-first approach by utilizing AI/ML-based QA tools to speed up regression, performance, and integration testing, as well as benchmarking our solutions against industry competition. Collaboration with product, design, and development teams will be crucial for early bug detection and prevention. Moreover, you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing CI/CD test pipelines for automated deployments and testing. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid background in Quality Assurance with a balance of manual and automation testing, proficiency in tools like Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter, TestRail, BrowserStack, or similar, and hands-on experience in mobile app testing. Familiarity with API testing, RESTful services, and automation scripts, as well as exposure to AI-based QA tools, will be advantageous. Strong documentation, reporting, and communication skills are essential, along with experience in QA practices in agile environments. Domain experience in F&B, Retail, or SaaS platforms is considered a plus.
