Software Sales Associate

As a Software Sales Associate at the company, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and fostering strong customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating and qualifying leads through various channels such as research, calls, emails, and networking. - Conducting product presentations and software demos to showcase solutions to potential clients. - Understanding customer needs and recommending suitable software solutions. - Following up on sales inquiries promptly and maintaining an active sales pipeline. - Assisting in proposal preparation, negotiations, and closing deals. - Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers and collaborating effectively with internal teams. - Keeping accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in software/IT industry. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Basic understanding of software solutions or SaaS products. - Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working well in a team environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software such as Zoho or Salesforce. Preferred skills that would be advantageous for this position include: - Previous experience in software/IT sales. - Familiarity with B2B sales cycles. - Exposure to digital or cloud-based products.
