Job Description

As a Software Test Engineer / Quality Analyst, your role involves writing, executing, and reviewing test cases, as well as performing functional and non-functional testing. You will collaborate with the BA team to understand business requirements, create guidelines, and develop validation and workflow rules to support testing. Additionally, you will work on Data Loader to manipulate data in Salesforce database and configure security settings and permission sets. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing user-facing features for applications, conducting manual and automated testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring best coding practices are followed. You should have experience in working with JIRA or similar product management tools, agile development environments, and possess exceptional communication skills. Your eagerness to learn and adapt quickly, ability to manage priorities, resolve conflicts, and take ownership of projects will be crucial for success in this role. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and willingness to learn other programming languages are preferred qualifications.,
