Software Engineer Testing

You are looking for a Software Test Engineer / Quality Analyst to join our team in Chandigarh, India. As a candidate for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Additionally, you should have 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in Software Testing and a working proficiency in verbal and written English. Your responsibilities will include writing, executing, and reviewing test cases, performing functional and non-functional testing, collaborating with the BA team to understand business requirements, creating validation and workflow rules, working with Data Loader for database operations, managing security settings and permission sets, and ensuring quality assurance analysis, design, and execution. You will be expected to design and implement user-facing features for various applications, have experience in manual and automated testing, work with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain mobile applications, use tools like JIRA for project management, thrive in an agile development environment, possess excellent communication skills, manage priorities effectively, follow best coding practices, test across different technology platforms, demonstrate eagerness to learn and adapt quickly, take ownership of projects, be proficient in Web Application APIs such as Postman, and consistently seek to improve development efficiency through the adoption of new technologies. Preferred qualifications for this role include proficiency in Agile methodologies, an interest and ability to learn additional programming languages, and a proactive approach to continuous learning and development.,
