Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative SharePoint Developer to design and manage our

company intranet using SharePoint Online and related technologies. This role is responsible

for creating modern, user-friendly web pages, department-specific content areas, and

integrating solutions that improve internal communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of the company intranet using SharePoint Online

and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).

• Build department-specific content areas and maintain user-friendly page layouts.
• Implement branding and UI/UX best practices to ensure a consistent visual identity.
• Use Power Automate and SharePoint Designer to streamline workflows.
• Optimize information architecture for improved navigation and access to internal

content.

• Collaborate with department heads and key stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans with phases, scopes, and deliverables.
• Prepare training materials and conduct user onboarding sessions.
• Stay updated with SharePoint updates and best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in SharePoint development, especially with SharePoint

Online.

• Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Familiarity with Power Automate, SharePoint Designer, and content types.
• Basic knowledge of ANSI SQL is a plus.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and modern web design trends.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Creative and analytical mindset with a detail-oriented approach.
• Optional Certifications: Microsoft Certified – SharePoint Developer.

Education:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field
