Role Overview

We are looking for a technically skilled Software Engineer who has a strong foundation in modern web technologies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a small, fast-paced startup environment and contributing to scalable software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for our AI contact center platform using modern web technologies
• Build scalable backend systems, front end systems and APIs to support AI agent interactions
• Work on AI integration, prompt optimization, and improving system performance
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical decision-making

Required Skills

• Strong JS and Typescript fundamentals. 
• Good understanding of web technologies (Next.js, React) and Backend technologies (like ExpressJS , HonoJS) and how most software systems are built. 
• Proficiency in database querying (PostgreSQL, SQL) 
• Hands on experience with writing prompts for various LLMs and use cases.  
• Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts  
• Knowledge of API integrations and web services  
• Knowledge of git and version control  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in software development. 
• No degree requirements.  
• Experience with building web applications is a must.
