Role Description

Hands-on Development
:
Design, build, and maintain custom code-based solutions and integrations within the Salesforce environment.
Technical Leadership
:
Lead and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of platforms, data frameworks, and validation tools.
Best Practices
:
Identify, document, and share best practices for Salesforce development and implementation.
Innovation
:
Proactively uncover and address potential design issues, and explore new and emerging Salesforce technologies to enhance business innovation and performance.
Collaboration
:
Work closely with other development teams and key stakeholders to align on project goals and solutions.
Security & Performance
:
Ensure the Salesforce environment is secure, scalable, and performing efficiently.

Technical Skills

Salesforce Platform Expertise
:Deep technical knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including its standard functionality and customization capabilities.
Coding Languages
:Proficiency inApex programming,including classes, triggers, batch jobs, and asynchronous patterns.
Frontend Development
:Experience in developingLightning Web Components (LWC)andVisualforce pages.
Declarative Tools
:Solid understanding and experience with Salesforce's declarative development tools.
Integration Experience
:Experience with integrating Salesforce with other enterprise systems.
DevOps Tools
:Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset or Copado.
Security & Sharing
:Strong knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing model best practices.
Soft Skills
:Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
