About The Team

This Team performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line, and provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products.

About The Role

We are looking for a collaborative and curious Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the design, development, and testing of software components within a specific product area. You’ll work on moderately complex tasks, solve problems creatively, and help build reliable and scalable solutions.This position is open to candidates from all backgrounds. If you meet most of the qualifications and are excited about the role, we encourage you to apply—even if you don’t meet every requirement.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into software designs.
Develop, test, and maintain software components with attention to quality and performance.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends.
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing.
Perform other related duties as needed.

Requirements

Approximately 3 years of experience in software development (we value equivalent experience gained through non-traditional paths, such as bootcamps, self-study, or open-source contributions).
A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is helpful but not required. Equivalent practical experience is equally valued.
