About The Team

This Team performs complex research, design, and software development assignments within a software functional area or product line, and provides direct input to project plans, schedules, and methodology in the development of cross-functional software products.

About The Role

We’re looking for a backend engineer who enjoys solving problems, building scalable systems, and collaborating across teams. You’ll work on a variety of projects—from implementing new features to improving infrastructure and reducing technical debt. If you’re passionate about backend development and want to make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences. Responsibilities

Set up, configure, and upgrade environments for new and existing clients.
Identify and help prioritize areas of technical debt and improvement.
Build and maintain product features for both internal teams and external users.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Frontend Engineers, QA, Architects, and other developers to deliver thoughtful and usable solutions.
Document changes, processes, and decisions to support team knowledge sharing.

Requirements

Around 3 years of experience in backend development using PHP.
Experience working with Composer, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with building and maintaining complex web applications.
Comfortable writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Strong communication skills in English—both written and verbal.
Understanding of PHP, Laravel, PSR-4 standards, and related concepts.
Knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and dependency injection.
