Snr Manager, Engg Analyst

Role Overview: As a Solution Lead in RV2/Assemble under the Risk & Finance Domain at Standard Chartered, you will play a crucial role in defining, designing, and delivering cloud-native, highly scalable, and high-performance business solutions. Your responsibilities will involve integrating business knowledge and systems analysis to provide efficient solutions that meet business needs. Collaborating closely with Business Product Owners, you will drive product and service delivery within the Risk Functions domain to ensure excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with the Business to understand prioritized user journeys for development. - Propose and engage with Architecture Review Forums to obtain approval for solution designs. - Collaborate with BAs and Users to socialize the design. - Participate in Agile ceremonies for product development. - Develop high-end products adhering to the latest technology and design principles. Qualifications: - Good understanding of banking products and processes, with at least 5 years of experience in the banking domain related to risk products. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze raw data and derive insights. - Proficiency in writing clear and effective user stories, knowledge of database tools, and experience with Human-Centric Design. - Familiarity with API documentation and development, detail-oriented, result-driven, and effective communicator.
