Qualification : B.Tech.(ECE,EEE),Diploma(ECE/EEE) or any other degree with SMT machine operating knowledge/Electronics Background.

Experience : 4+ years

Salary : Rs.20,000/- to Rs.25,000/-(Consolidated)

SMT Operators handle equipment used to develop circuits ,with programming knowledge is must surface mount technology (components are mounted directly on

circuit boards). Usual duties listed on a SMT Operator example

resume are placing components on circuit boards, calibrating

equipment, following production schedules, and performing quality

control.

Rolls & Responsibilities for SMT Machine Operator

• Operator will set-up and operate SMT Machines for PCB production
• Loads I.C.'s onto feeders and perform changeovers for low volume/high mix electronic manufacturing environment
• Works from process sheets or written/verbal instructions given by supervisor and engineer to perform production tasks
• Promptly complete screening tasks and document in a timely manner
• Set-up and operate (soldermask) to process circuit board panels
• Manually screen legend and soldermask
• Assist department in achieving zero scrap per month
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Inform Managers of any potential problems
• Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per day
