Job Description

As a Sky Service Distribution Officer, you will be the front line of customer support, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our customers. Your primary role is to resolve customer queries and provide accurate information on our retail liability products and services. You will be an integral part of our contact center team, contributing to a seamless and satisfying customer journey.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in a banking or ficial institution.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local languages.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends, as per business needs.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for customer service.
  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Any additional certifications or training in customer service will be an advantage.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Provide product information and educate customers on our retail liability offerings.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times, representing the banks brand.
  • Document and update customer records accurately, ensuring data integrity.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient query resolution.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and bank policies to provide accurate information.
  • Handle escalations and complex queries, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service standards, as defined by the bank.
  • Actively contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
